Chama Aquecedores is a water heating company, founded in 1986, that offers high end equipments and solutions for a wide variety of segments such as residential, entertainment, services, industries, hospitality, restaurants, education, etc.Actually we have about 130 employees and representatives in some states, being capable to provide equipments all over Brazil.Responsible for the HR, Administrative, Financial, Store Room, Purchase and Controller Departments, Having a deep understanding of the daily activities of the departments under my management, most of my time is dedicated to intermediate conflicts between departments and align with my teammates how to improve Chama's working processes in order to make daily routines more efficient, improve the organizational climate, increase the information accuracy and contribute to Chama's growth.

Worked on the merging project of CBL (Poit Energia) and Aggreko, managed different teams in order to guarantee the migration of Poit's databases into Aggreko's ERP. Also, created processes to enable the continuous update of the data, reporting to departments located in Europe and the USA.Participated on the training, implementation and management project, on all Brazilian locations, of an operational device (hand-held) focused on operations continuous improvement processes and information accuracy. Developed and improved tools to generate informations used by different departments such as controlling, financial, operations, supply-chain.

Working in different departments of the company (job-rotation program), having the opportunity to participate in a wide variety and multi-sectoral projects, such as:- Forecast 2010- Budget 2011- Management of the strategic planning tool of the company reporting directly to the CEO- Analysis and mapping the efficiency of the equipments distribution around the subsidiaries, controlling the generators fleet use- Process improvement on the HR department- Development and improvement on the analysis of the controlling reports and tools.

Participated on the development of projects focused on knowledge retention, knowledge management and corporate education in multinationals and large Brazilian companies.Expertise in Social Network Analysis.Participation in projects of Corporate Portals, Information Architecture, Taxonomy and Idea Programs.Coordinated team to develop a Web 2.0 report.
