CurrentAs the Head of Hospitality and Guest Experience at Globe Soccer, I lead the initiative to create unparalleled experiences for our guests, particularly for the esteemed VVIPs attending our signature events. Following the tremendous success of the first intercontinental series held earlier this year in Sardinia, I have expanded my scope of responsibilities to encompass all facets of hospitality. My focus is not only on delivering exceptional service but also on refining the entire guest journey to ensure that each moment they spend with us is memorable and enjoyable.This year is especially significant as we celebrate the 15th edition of the Globe Soccer Awards. With this milestone, my role involves meticulous planning and execution to elevate the guest experience to new heights. From accommodation arrangements to personalized services, I am dedicated to ensuring that every detail is attended to, reflecting our commitment to excellence.In addition to overseeing hospitality operations, I am also tasked with building a dynamic Guest Experience Team. My goal is to assemble a group of passionate professionals who share a common vision of delivering world-class service and creating lasting impressions for our guests.
