My carrear started with an unexpected call—a serendipitous twist of fate that led me from the tranquil Tuscan hills to the bustling world of wiring harnesses. The stage was set at Motherson Sumi System, a prominent Indian multinational company. For three transformative years, I immersed myself in this electrifying domain, leveraging my electrical background to support quality initiatives, prototype development, and customer-centric design teams.Collaboration became my compass. I engaged with industry giants like Yamaha, Ducati, Komatsu, and Same, but it was the Piaggio Group that left an indelible mark on my journey. Through close collaboration with Piaggio’s electric and electronics team, I secured a role as an electrical designer, laser-focused on cost reduction strategies within Piaggio group. My journey then took an exhilarating turn—a leap from my quaint village to the enchanting city of Turin. Here, FIAT sought young cost engineers with expertise in wiring harnesses. I seized the opportunity, bridging methodologies across borders, connecting global cost engineering teams, and shaping a unified vision.Yet, destiny had more in store. Enter Eng. Ascanelli, the visionary behind Brembo’s Advanced R&D department with huge experience in Formula 1 racing world. His proposition? To build a cost engineering dream team to reshape the costing methodologies of innovation and futuristics projects. I accepted, diving headfirst into cutting-edge research and development. Our mission: revolutionize cost engineering through innovative methods and disruptive cost models. Four dynamic years later, I reflect with pride on the impact we made.As the 4th industrial revolution unfolded, Brembo sought to leave its digital footprint. I stepped into the Project Management Office, guiding global initiatives at the intersection of technology and transformation. But my path at Brembo really changed drastically when Danile Schillaci join the company from Tokyo in 2019 and pick me up as CEO Project Officer, supporting the Vision and Mission definition and the execution of the strategic roadmap. The huge effort required combined with the several crisis managed during this unprecedented years of business challenges, lead me to a totally new perspective on Business management and strategy definition. And now, a new chapter begins. I embraced the role of Brembo Solutions Senior Manager, guiding Brembo into the era of Artificial Intelligence with totally new business model and collaboration approach.
