Negotiating and managing IT vendors for both contracts and deliveries.

Part of global IT dept. as Application & SAP manager at Cosmo Pharmaceuticals. Here my responsibilities are service management of applications in regard to the business continuity and delivery of both projects and enhancement coming from the business demand. IT Vendors management and demand management are part of my duties too.

From 2016 I was senior manager for H.T. High Technology have the chance to manage a portfolio of up to 15 customers. I led many SAP implementation projects including SAP S/4 on Hana and Fiori Apps under sales and maintenance area. Beside to that I was responsible for consulting staff improving my people management skills

From 2013 as service and delivery manager of the EMEA SAP Center of Excellence of Merck Sharp & Dohme, I’ve got change to deliver projects on one of the biggest SAP global instance on the pharma market. Beside to that I led supply chain IT demand on the AMS side. To fulfill local business needs in the region vs. the strong global governance regulated by ITIL change management process was the biggest challenge.

From 2010 I held a ERP project manager position at Nuncas Italia S.p.A. I led the project with the goal to introduce SAP as Company ERP. Scope of the project was covering all company department (Finance, Controlling, Operations, Quality management, Maintenance), sales force (SAP WebChannel, and later mobile app) and SAP Business Object as a business intelligence platform. Retail and EHS had been integrated by interfaces with SAP. At the end of the project a I took the lead of IT dept. adding Contract management, Planning of resources, Timing and delivery, Users training, SAP basis management, Change Management to the SAP governance duties.

Beside to be a consultant, since 2006 I held IT manager position. Here 20% of the time dedicated to lead ICT projects.

My working career started in 2003 as a Junior SAP Consultant part of consulting company MRK Business Process Software Consulting. I went through many SAP projects covering logistic area. My expertise grown up being part of international teams and different industries: manufacturing, oil & gas, food, chemical, pharmaceutical. At the same time my responsibilities increased till Senior Consultant and Project manager. In add to that since 2006 I held also SAP Developer Coordinator.
