Configured S3 buckets for secure and resilient storage of measurement data, with lifecycle policies to transition older data to S3 Glacier for cost-effective archival.Security and Compliance: Implemented robust security measures using AWS IAM to manage access controls and permissions, ensuring that the infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulations. Leveraged CloudWatch for comprehensive monitoring, enabling proactive incident and performance management.Serverless Computing: Deployed AWS Lambda functions to efficiently handle event-driven data processing, reducing operational costs and simplifying scalability.Networking: Configured AWS VPC, security groups, and VPN connections to ensure secure and reliable connectivity between the Synchrophasor system and external data sources. Utilized AWS Direct Connect for a dedicated network connection to further enhance system reliability and performance.Scripting and Automation: Wrote custom scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell to automate routine tasks, enhance system efficiency, and facilitate smooth operations.
