Main achievements: Management of the development of the healthcare operator's own systems, hospitals and care units, fully compliant with ANS rules and standards in the healthcare area, such as TISS, TUSS and others. Implementation of ERP Totvs for back office.Management of more than 500 workstations, 7 servers and 25 employees in the area, distributed among development, infrastructure and support. Implementation of datacenter and virtualization (Citrix), implementation of call-center Avaya with 50 positions. Development of electronic medical records, whose hospital was Certified in Quality by ONA. Implementation of Siemens image diagnosis (infra and systems) with system integration through APIs.
