Belonging to the product management team with technical specific competencies on an enterprise eLearning web solution. First level of contact in defining product needs and in collecting customer requirements. Actively involved in defining the product software deliveries and activities, following the coordinators in the production of internal documentation and QA processes, supporting technical strategy decision of R & D department, Test Management unit and the various other units of Product / Project Management.Main reference for the previous eLearning web solution, especially in terms of migration activities, problem solving and minor technical issues related to old customer activities.

Reference for the evaluation of feasibility and pre-sale effort estimation. Actively involved in defining the product software deliveries and activities, following the coordinators in the production of internal documentation and QA processes.

Reference for the analysis and development of a LCMS platform (delivery and management of the eLearning services). Web project of large dimensions (.NET technologies), and proprietary technologies for eLearning. Management of the optimized XML-database applications (Tamino, XQuery). Referral in the evaluation of issues relating to management of the releases of the main product and the specialization / customizations requested by several customers. Direct contact with the unit of R & D, with the Test Management unit and the various units of Product / Project Management.
