Total Revenue: €300M – group with a strong international growth strategy Accomplished main missions:- Management of the headquarter IT team, all the worldwide IT plant responsibles and the entire french team.- Construction and application of the Group IT strategy (several plants around Europe and South America and commercial offices in all continents)- Stabilized the ERP (SAP) in France that uses 0,5 M€/year in maintenance obtaining 50% reduction of the amount used in previous years and 60% reduction of the maintenance on the supply chain modules.- Negotiate the contracts with the world main IT product and services companies.- Rebuild the ERP project using SAP to cover four different business areas in a Core Model (previously the ERP covered only one business area) – The main needs specification was built in collaboration with one of the world biggest consulting groups according with the Group Board – Approved Budget : 7 M€,- Set up an international project team and the reorganization of the french IT area hiring experienced people in SAP applications.- Implementation of the outsourcing services and host the hardware based on AS-400 / i-5 machines for the entire group in a Datacenter using 0,5 M€/year budget to increase the security, availability and maintenance- Planned the implementation of the ERP in all group plants and sites,- Negociate and implemented the SAP maintenance and technical support using 0,5 M€/year budget.- Implemented the Help Desk service using the french team to support all plants and sites around Europe.- Improvement of the economic and quality IT performance- Improvement of the unified corporate communication messaging platform for all the group units around the world and a mobile communication renegotiation including mobile telephones and data.
