Gestión del ciclo de vida de los incidentes del NOC.Incident Manager guaranteeing the management cycle in the network failures.Main responsibilities• Giving support to the area processes guaranteeing the right execution.• Identifying the incidents and guaranteeing the life cycle of them• Keeping track, controlling and executing the assigned indicators, implementing actions to the continuous improvement.• Stablish communication channels with the different supporting areas of the company.Main goals• Achieve the right management of the different type of incidents within the stablished SLA’s set by the area• Identify, prioritize, and solve the incidents communicating to the affected or interested areas, keeping track of the solving areas.• Stablish the communication channels with the supporting areas and suppliers, allowing the satisfactory accomplishment of the scheduled activities.• Guarantee the accomplishment of the management group activities focused on the quality and within the requested times.

He participado en el desarrollo de proyectos con áreas transversales para la creación de nuevos productos o servicios de cara al cliente interno o externo. He llevado riguroso seguimiento y control a los indicadores del área, implementando acciones para la mejora continua. adicionalmente, Identificando los incidentes y garantizar el ciclo de vida de los mismos en el Service Desk.He establecido canales de comunicación con las diferentes áreas de apoyo de la compañía, logrando asegurar la ejecución, actualización y cumplimiento de los procesos de acuerdo a los lineamientos del área.Amplias habilidades de liderazgo, negociaciones efectivas, colaboración, control, seguimiento y apoyo a grupos de trabajo interdisciplinarios. Enfocado en apoyo y cumplimiento de los indicadores de área y compañía.
