De volta ao Brasil, atuou como Diretor Geral de Recursos Humanos na L’Oréal Brasil e, posteriormente, como Senior VP de Recursos Humanos da L’Oréal Luxe em Nova York. De 2021 a 2024, foi CHRO da Dasa. Durante sua trajetória, acumulou prêmios nas áreas de Gestão e Recursos Humanos.
