Manson Precision Industrial Limited (MPI) is a Hong Kong based Engineering, design and manufacturing service for custom made wrist watches, watch components and metal parts. The company employs 20+ team members based in Hong Kong and China. The company has worked with 500+ leading names in the watch industry since we started in 1995 and has clients in 50+ countries in the USA, Europe, EMEA & Japan. We are members of several international industry organizations including the American Watchmakers Institute (AWI), The National Association of Clock & Watch Collectors and the Hong Kong Watch Manufacturers Association. As Sales Director, I lead a team of four and responsible for managing key customer relationships, management of new products and project engineering for new projects. I also act as an interface between our clients, our Manufacturing, Assembly and Quality Control Teams, as well as brand development in collaboration with our Marketing Team.

Co-founder of a new company in lighting industry. Responsible for sourcing anddevelopment of products and marketing strategy . Responsible for the relationand production with Chinese factories.

Production and installation of all the windows, doors and curtain walls of theNew Italian Embassy in Washington, in partnership with American installationcompany Galaxy Glass & Aluminum, including internal partition. The jobincluded technical solution proposal to the Architects of the project and verydetailed instruction to the American company for the installation.

Sales and after sales service for Italian machine tools manufacturers in Chinaand South Asia markets. Relationship with primary Italian suppliers and Asiancustomers.
