Fabio A. Sciarrino, Esq., is a Partner with Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Philadelphia office. Fabio graduated from Temple University in 1999, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He attended Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, graduating in 2003. While in law school, Fabio served in the Major Trials and Charging Units of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane Cutler Greenspan of the Criminal Trials Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Also during law school, Fabio worked at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and at the Solicitor’s Office for the City of Philadelphia. He also served as the Senior Production Editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. In 2003, his authored article, titled The Doctor Will See You Now, Be Sure to Bring Your Privacy Rights In With You, was published in the law review.Following law school, Fabio worked for several years in the Professional Liability Department at a prestigious Philadelphia defense firm, successfully representing a wide range of prominent medical specialists, hospitals, nursing homes, and skilled nursing facilities. During that time, Fabio participated in multiple trials resulting in defense verdicts in a broad spectrum of major medical negligence cases. Just prior to joining Marks O’Neill in October 2022, Fabio represented individuals who had suffered catastrophic injuries, acquiring significant courtroom and mediation experience, and successfully obtaining multiple million-dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients. At Marks O’Neill, Fabio focuses his practice on defending professionals against malpractice.Fabio is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has handled multiple personal injury cases in both jurisdictions.
