Viability analysis, application and monitoring of Ex Tarifario (tax reduction) for imported products.

• Project Manager responsible for the implementation of the Built to Order concept in two plants, following the guidelines established in the PMI / PMbook, leading a group of 12 people;• Experience in managing multi-department projects based on Six Sigma, with financial saving of around US$ 200.000; • Member of the Steering Committee of the AGCO/Valtra Merger project and the creation a Shared Services Center for Latin America; • Project Leader in the implementation and customization of ERP JD Edward in the Finance Department/Accounting, in close collaboration with Marketing and Foreign Trade departments.

• Management of the treasury, foreign exchange, accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, on domestic and international level, leading a staff of 15 people; • Preparation and analysis of management reports for corporate holding, following USGAAP and IFRS rules; • Management of Foreign Currency Exposure (Derivatives); • Implementation of requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley procedures in the financial area; • Economic and financial analysis of Dealers’ business performance, including the evaluation of credit limits.
