My consulting services are focused on helping digital startups and manufacturing companies to manage the following key actions:• Building corporate wide digital transformation program: applying lean production and process mining principles, I'm proposing investments to meet Industry 4.0, IoT, PIM and BIM requirements by providing high level support and oversight and driving performance, taking ownership on balancing technical and commercial needs to quick results and make recommendations on paths forward;• Developing communications both externally and internally: establishing the company as a recognized innovation leader among customer and industry groups while fostering an innovative culture where every employee feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions, breaking department silos, flatten hierarchies, and encouraging dialogue between employees within and across teams;• Creating learning academy strategy: coordinating the planning, development, promotion, delivery, evaluation and review of face-to-face training programs and online courses and experiences, inspiring and enabling project managers, estimators, designers, collaboration leads, entrepreneurs to evaluate and improve their impact;• Assisting PMO (Project Management Office): providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.
