I’ve founded EXALTECH in 2009 with 5 university mates, after our master degrees.In 12 years we’ve helped a lot of entrepreneurs (of small and medium company) and several multinational corporations in designing and building custom software for them. We design and build complex systems, specially when other systems or vendors are failing.We develop complex web apps, most of them deployed as distributed systems; we love open source, we love open standards, we love experimentations, we love innovation, we love peer collaboration with other companies and professionals. We don’t like to curl up like a hedgehog, we don’t like to use closed technologies.We are a software atelier and like Mr. Wolf we solve problems.

(my current company) is a member of Rete Qualità 4.0 (an italian formal business network) and, for this network, I'm an advisor.The main target of Rete Qualità 4.0 is to link all the network participants, that operate into the quality and/or industry 4.0 area, in order to better support italian PMI (small and medium enterprises) for achieving targets, better performances and business growing.We believe in values like sharing, network, quality and, as a business network, we're able to manage complex projects, with innovative approaches, providing a multidisciplinary team of specialists.We've developed an innovative way to "apply" the quality, that combines formal requirements (ISOs and other regulations) with human-centered methologies and new technologies (like industry 4.0). Our method is currently applied in several business area like food & beverage, metallurgic, agricultural and many others.
