With which he brings to customer companies (his own words) Innovation and challenge, through special courses and daring experimentations, which question the slender company balances, so comfortable, but sometimes so useless.To make matters worse, he creates UNREAL Academy, with which he brings training to university students in Italy, just guess, for free. Many Universities have fallen into his net, such as Milan Bocconi, Turin, Rome Tre, Rome Sapienza, Padua, Venice.Yet training, keynotes, coaching and universities seem to be not enough for him; he therefore decides to enter the great world of teambuilding, but from the main door: he forges an exclusive partnership with the world's largest teambuilding provider and puts his hand as a trainer, in a completely new way of experiencing corporate events.The real threat, however, is represented by what he calls UNREAL Lab: an incubator of learning artifacts and dangerous methodologies with which he generates earthquakes of awareness and flows of evolutionary change in companies that have the courage to face his paths...
