As the OD&T Brazil Leader, I was involved together with others company structures in many steps of the SAP Proposals that the company bid, since the assessment until the handover to the delivery team, through estimation, build the solution proposal, staffing the team, local and globally deal governance, etc. Also, I was involved into build the plan to develop the SAP Consulting Team vs SAP Market Tendencies & Analysis, doing Skill Categorization, Prioritization & Development.- PROJECTS ROLESAP Project Manager/Technical LeaderPerformed at one of the largest orange juice industries in the world, as Project Manager/Technical Leader in the Digital Transformation Project, which migrated their ERP Landscape from ECC 6.0 to S/4 HANA 1709 among several other initiatives that composes a huge digital transformation roadmap that this customer is implementing.Performed at a one of the largest aerospace and defense companies in the world located in Brazil as Technical Leader/Project Manager in the challenging of Upgrade their SAP Landscape with the latest release in HANA Platform for their instances in USA, Portugal and Brazil; Performed at the Segregation of the Defense & Security Segment from the Executive & Commercial Segment, due legal and contract requirements between the Customer and Department of Defense of US, and ensure support for Brazilian Legal Requirements in the new release, enabling the customer to obtain the results of have a technical upgrade of their SAP environments, full segregation of business segments, implementation of future projects in the new platform and cost reduction. - CONSULTING MANAGER ROLESAP Tech & Development Team LeaderPerformed as SAP Tech & Develop Team Leader at CSC. The SAP Tech & Develop Pyramid was the CSC's Organization Structure where SAP Tech and SAP Development Employees were included. Managing around 30 employees in this structure I was responsible for their Allocation, Allocation Mapping vs Opportunities and the SAP Tech & Develop Offer's Management. As the People Manager of approximately 10+ employees was responsible for guiding their career, their development plans and evaluating their performance during the fiscal year.- PROJECTS ROLESAP Project Manager/Technical LeaderPerformed at a big commodities company of Brazil as Project Manager/System Coordinator in the SAP ECC 6.0 Upgrade from EHP4 to EHP7 SPS9 with Unicode installation and HANA Database. The Project was the first step of the client in a series of information technology investments and modernization of their systems. Using the Panaya and its SaaS Tool that analyses SAP EHP Packs and the Upgrade, identifying required adjustments resulting from the upgrade with a reduction by 80% of the risk and effort and identifying the needed tests. Performing as Technical Leader/System Coordinator of a team including 13 to 16 developers, including subcontractors, to implement the adjustments mapped by Panaya and managing all team load and tracking all evolution of the remediation phase of the upgrade project.Performed at a big utilities company of the Brazilian electricity sector as Project Manager and as SAP ABAP & PI Consultant in several Projects: Development of a New System for Order and Execution of Field Services; Development of several interfaces between the SAP ECC and the Legal System (Tedesco); Development Project for restructuring taxes tables, J1BTAX, attending the Brazilian legal requirements and migrating from the old taxes tables; Development of several interfaces between the SAP CCS and the new online service website for the customers.

- PROJECTS ROLESAP Technical Leader/DeveloperPerformed at a big utilities company of the Brazilian electricity sector, a subsidiary of a major Europe' Group in electricity sector, as Technical leader in a SAP Development Project of a custom application for voltage measurement, attending the Brazilian legal requirements and migrating the legacy system to SAP platform.Performed at big utilities company of the Brazilian basic sanitation and water supply sector, as Technical Leader/Development Coordinator in ABAP/4 & Netweaver PI/XI, managing the CSC’s development team and other two subcontractor’s software factory as well. Also modeled, developed and implanted a development administration system, used by the whole project team.Performed in the SAP ECC Implementation Project at a big utilities company of the Brazilian electricity sector as Senior ABAP/4 & Netweaver PI/XI Consultant. Adjusted some FI-AA custom programs, developed and configured integration scenarios for interface concept tests between SAP Netweaver PI, SAP ECC and Legacy Systems.Performed at one of the largest producers of steel in the Americas, as Senior ABAP/4 Consultant in the implementation project of SAP ECC 6.0 joining all companies of the group in a single ERP. I've provided solutions for SD and PP modules developing and maintaining several programs like reports, on-line, migrations, interfaces and adjusted the smart forms of DANFE (NF-e) involving several fields and scenarios.

- PROJECTS ROLESAP Technical Leader/DeveloperWorked on the SAP CCS Improvement Project at AES Eletropaulo S/A – Company in the Brazilian Utilities sector that serves the Greater São Paulo Metropolitan Region, being responsible for the Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Energy. As Senior ABAP developer, I worked on the development activities of the controllership and finance areas, from analysis, specification, planning and the development itself, as well as testing and supporting occurrences and improvements, which were raised and identified in the productive operation of SAP CCS.Worked in Electronic Invoice Implementation at a multinational agricultural biotechnology corporation and at a multinational auto and truck parts manufacturer, implementing the BearingPoint NF-e Solution as Senior ABAP/4 & Netweaver PI/XI Consultant implemented the messaging system of the solution, developing and configuring interfaces between SAP ECC, SAP Netweaver PI and the Brazilian Government System using web services connections and developed/remodeled, configured and implemented the DANFE (NF-e) using smart forms. Accomplished the necessary adjustments for the customer and performed in the development and implementation of NF-e Receive Solution.
