Fabio's professional profile has been progressively shaped and built up, within a "business to business" environment, by covering several roles within multiple organisations, both multinational and local. Being an engineer by background, Fabio acquired solid experiences first within technical roles, then in business development & sales functions, and ultimately as general manager and Ceo. The main “playing fields” of Fabio have been the contract manufacturing of API’s and medicinal products, as well as the marketing & sales of pharmaceuticals and medical devices into the dental worldwide distribution chain. As for the dental sector, Fabio has successfully finalised 40+ marketing and distribution agreements in USA, Canada, Russia, Europe, Middle east and Africa, personally knowing all worldwide main decision makers active in the dental distribution network. Fabio searched and in-licensed new products from small company and universities but also licensed out some products toward targeted companies. Basic financial competences integrated with strong sales capabilities, duly demonstrated by multiplying revenues by factor of 20, completes Fabio profile.Close to his role in Pierrel, Fabio seats in the board of UNIDI (Italian association of dental industries) and member of the board of Biocam scarl.
