Since 2023 I work at the Competence Centre START 4.0, where I am responsible for monitoring and managing Industry 4.0 training and innovation projects for different companies. Thanks to the involvement in important European realities such as the European Digital Innovation Hub ARTES 5.0, I have the opportunity to be a part of the Project Quality Management group, where I monitor the quality of activities and services provided by the Hub.From 2020 to 2023 I worked at Circle Garage, an innovative SME with a deep expertise in IoT, cloud and data management. I started as a functional analyst and worked for a long time with the software documentation group and later worked on financed research and innovation. In the R&D&I field, I took care of co-writing funding proposals in response to the calls for innovation in industrial research and related fields, also giving support in designing offers for clients and partners.In 2019 I became a temporary research fellow at the Neuroengineering Lab, Department of Informatics, Bioengineering, Robotics, and System Engineering, University of Genova. I worked at the project "Electrophysiological characterization of pediatric subjects affected by drug-resistant epilepsy”, studying the functional connectivity of the human brain in subjects affected by drug-resistant epilepsy in pediatric age through real-life electroencephalography (EEG) analysis.Finally, during my experience as Ph.D. student at the Advanced Computing Laboratory of the Institute of Computational Science at the University of the Italian Switzerland, I explored several research topics in scientific computing and applied mathematics. During the research and development activities I created, tested, and customised software in different programming languages (C/C++, Fortran, Python, bash) and successfully created software interfaces between libraries in C++, Matlab, Fortran and Julia.Additionally, I worked as teaching assistant at the Faculty of Informatics in different courses: Computational science, Numerical computing, Large-scale optimisation methods, Fast solvers. I assisted the students during the lectures, I created and graded homework and exams, and I assisted during written and oral exams. Additionally, I also co-advised students during their Bachelor thesis projects.
