Reporting directly to the Country Manager, I’m the Project manager and budget responsible of Altroconsumo FestivalFuturo (https://www.altroconsumo.it/festival2021) and projects based in Italy, ensuring the coherence between local (Altroconsumo) and group (Euroconsumer) activities.I support the Country manager in defining and monitoring company kpis and I'm a member of the internal Innovation team.

Project manager (Operations Department – Information Technologies)• Project management (construction, exhibition and dismantling phases) and functional support team management (25 people team): o Requisite definition in collaboration with company Departments and external Institutions, functional analysis, writing of technical proposals, tests and project plans, reports and project documents o vendor management and activities in support of Purchasing Department in managing contractual relationships o risk management, costs and efforts check, quality control (features released, timetable and SLA keeping), tests coordination and compliance auditing o release management, bug fixing phase supervision and operational monitoring• Main activities: o Construction site access control system and GPS vehicle tracking system (implementation and operational management) o “Protocollo di Legalità” (signed between Expo and Prefettura di Milano) management system (operational management and corrective and upgrade maintenance management) o Master Delivery Scheduler – logistical management system (technical specifications writings and implementation and operational management) o Warehouse and transportation orders management system (technical specifications writings and implementation and operational management) o Event and dismantling phase accreditation management system (technical specifications writings and implementation and operational IT management) o Expo Volunteers management system requirements analysis
