There I was responsible for Training new staff, day to day Customer Service & Store Managing in one of the prime locations in the Southbank neighbourhood.

Tuper has been on the market for over 50 years. Consolidated as one of Brazil’s largest steel processors, they follow the market’s evolution with broad and modern product lines. - Responsible for Sales Negotiation; Business Agreement Analysis and Management; Business Proposals Elaboration; Proposal Presentations to clients in the National and International Market, Visits to Customers Manufacturing Sites; Managing of all Sales in General. My main clients were Mercedes-Benz, John Deere and Renault/Nissan.

Irimar has been on the market for over 50 years, they manufacture furniture with local design and artisanal production to bring clients valuable items. - Responsible for managing country sales from sales representatives to retailers and of our five own stores. Furniture and decoration sales. - Management of all national decor and furniture design fairs managing the brand stand and dealing with clients and our national representatives. Customer service was always delivered at its prime figure.

At Amazing Homes of Vermont we were expected to provide nothing but prime customer service to our very VIP clients. And there my main responsibilities were the Management of Working Schedules; Staff Training; Luxury Homes and Villas Management & Customer Service.This work experience happened in between semester while I was in University. This work and travel program was designed only for University students with a maximum stay of 6 months abroad.
