The research team conducted a series of qualitative interviews with women who have recently participated in the program in order to understand what impact participation in the program has had on their parenting, relationships with their children, self-esteem, and social isolation. The facilitators were asked about their opinions on the training they received through Child Development Institute (CDI) and their experiences leading the groups. The findings from the study discovered that the mothers who attended the Mothers in Mind group saw an increase in their self-esteem and a decrease in their social isolation. Responsibilities:• Coordinate data collection activities to establish and evaluate the relationship between a parenting program (Mothers in Mind) developed by Child Development Institute and its results• Conduct semi-structured qualitative interviews in person and over the phone; transcribe interview files; analyze interview data using qualitative data management software, HyperRESEARCH• Assist in the writing of program evaluation report adhering to professional writing standards while making sound recommendations regarding the current service• Support Project Lead with various study operations and monitoring of project progress by ensuring deadlines are being strictly met
