HGP is an advisory sweat equity fund managing over $20M in AUMs. I pioneered our inaugural deal with Abstract, which was later acquired by Adobe. Currently, I serve as the firm's managing partner, reporting directly to the two founding GPs. We offer guidance to companies transitioning from product-market-fit to hyper-scale. Our portfolio includes notable high growth startups such as: Ramp, Vercel, Retool, Maze, Archive, Honeycomb, Workstream, Tinybird, Airbyte, and extends to a total of over 40 startups across 30 active partners.

FNDR is an expert group of brand and storytelling specialists from Apple, Airbnb and Snap, now collaborating with the next generation of founders to craft their perfect narrative. I oversee all aspects of the firm's only fund, a portfolio of over 30 positions in both early and growth-stage companies such as: Titan, Meati, Alan, Sorare, GroIntelligence, VitroLabs, Mootral, Dorsia, DNANexus, and more.

I established Slice as my personal investment vehicle after participating in the early rounds of over 20 startups such as: Pico, June, Grain, Butter, ReCast, Pinwheel, HMBradley and more. Through Slice, I occasionally syndicate early-stage investments with other founders. Our most recent standout investment is the Modyfi Seed round, led by NEA.

Starting my own deli made joining Square feel like a dream job. I war recruited into a unique team that, for the first time ever, bridged the gap between CashApp and the Seller ecosystem. Our integration streamlined payment processing, banking, payroll, and taxes, enabling sellers to pay employees instantly, a material improvement from the traditional multi-day process.

I joined Alan as the first growth hire right after the Index led Series A to lead all aspects of both lead-generation and self-serve growth. I wore 'many hats' from managing seven figure budgets, vendors, landing pages, attribution stack, various campaigns, press, video production, and much more, all the way through hiring a growth team around and above me. Today, Alan stands out as a prominent European unicorn with a robust team of 500, serving over 400k members and generating 285M in ARR across three markets. Follow on investments by Index/DST (Series B), Temasek (Series C) and Coatue (Series D).

Founded a growth consulting studio helping venture backed startups scale their growth. We helped with all aspects of growth, from planning, narrative building, hiring, interim VP/CMO, channel activations, creative production, fundraising strategy and more.
