Act as the main HR interface with the business leaders and management teams in Nyon (HQ EMEAI), supporting a population of more than 200 employees. • Drive the whole Recruitment process (planning, sourcing, selection, interview, offer), using the HRIS systems (Taleo, Workday) to hire individual contributors, people managers and senior managers - Act as the lead recruiter for Commercial Operations (customer services, field sales, inside sales), Logistics (planning, inventory, purchasing), Finance (accounting/controlling), IT, Field Service and Marketing- Monitor KPIs and drive countermeasures as the Recruitment Daily Management Board owner• Lead the Talent Management processes, including 9 Box, succession planning, talent review meetings, development planning • Work with the business to drive the Performance Management process including objectives setting, immersion plan, performance calibration and reviews• Manage C&B processes, including annual performance appraisal, merit, and incentive cycles• Responsible for the continuous delivery of HR Learning & Development workshops in areas such as performance management, talent development, employee engagement and HR systems• Deliver consistent management of a wide range of employee relations issues including poor performance, terminations, grievances, mitigating exposure to the business • Serve as Project lead and subject matter expert for the annual Engagement Survey, leading a group of 5 team members during 6 consecutive years, supporting senior leaders to build solid engagement actions• Act as the HR representative on Global IT Projects, such as the implementation of HRIS (Workday) • Create, revise and implement HR processes and policies

• Drive Recruitment, covering the entire spectrum of the Bank (bankers, advisors, back office, compliance) • Deliver HR business priorities, eg annual pay review, performance reviews and training needs analysis• Lead the Talent Management processes, including internal and international transfers • Monthly management information run for Board of Directors• Work with the senior management team to build on the values of the company by organizing events• Ensure timely and accurate drafting of contracts and certificates• Participate to the “Global Talent Exchange Program” in Madrid (March-June 2010)
