• Reinforcement of the tendering activity of the Luxembourg agency:
• Bid Management of proposals to various RFPs ranging from small deals (~300 KE) to large deals of more than 10 ME
• Qualification of offers
• Monitoring and capitalizing on CGI's responses and know-how

• Acting as a Director of a Lot for a major client regarding electronic banking means (team of 67 people working on Off-Shore location in Morocco and Canada, activities: support, application management services & project):
• Responsible of improvement plans regarding customer satisfaction, quality of services & profitability;
• Root cause analysis and design of a progress plan;
• Prioritisation of improvements and follow-up of their implementation (organisation and management, tools industrialisation, delivery processes, release management, test management, Knowledge Management, Quality.
• Customer relation;
• Crisis management;

• Responsible of the delivery of IT services required for the European Parliament.Scope of intervention: 105 people working in AMS or New Development projects mainly in Luxembourg.
• Participation on writing and internal reviews of the winning bid for the Framework Contract
• Definition of the organisation / processes and tools required according to the volume and quality requirement & transformation of the project into a program - Handling requests Sharing and handling customer request.
• Management of operational teams - Management and coaching of 4 Project Directors (75 people, 10 M€) - Animating of Steering and Strategic Committees - Initialisation and homogeisation of Quality proceses and Service.
• Staffing - Gathering of needs and helping in recruitment - Help and coaching of Project Directors in screening processes - Follow-up of members satisfaction a turnover balance - Definition of mitigation of dismission.

• Responsible of the delivery of IT services required for the European Parliament.Scope of intervention: one service of the European Parliament – team from 6 to 30 people during the time:
• Definition of quality plan and Service Level Agreement
• Definition of KPIs measurement processes and tools, follow-up of improvement plans
• Organisation of operational team (1 project Director, 2 project Managers, 1 technical expert, 3 Business Analyst, 13 Analyst / Developpers)
• Definition of a technical Community responsible of improvement of productivity and quality to a technical side and coaching of our technical staff
• Reporting, animation of Steering Commitees
