Responsible of the delivery of IT services required for the European Parliament.Scope of intervention: 105 people working in AMS or New Development projects mainly in Luxembourg. • Participation on writing and internal reviews of the winning bid for the Framework Contract• Definition of the organisation / processes and tools required according to the volume and quality requirement & transformation of the project into a program - Handling requests Sharing and handling customer request and Consortium responses (more than 300 answers in two years, 4 countries, more than 200 people working for the Consortium, 8 european institutions) Definition of templates for technical answers Reporting of quality indicators for the European Parliament - Administration and operations Invoices processes (production of ~80 invoices per months by more than 15 teams inside the Consortium) Management of contractual relation with partners and subcontractors• Management of operational teams - Management and coaching of 4 Project Directors (75 people, 10 M€) - Animating of Steering and Strategic Committees - Initialisation and homogeisation of Quality proceses and Service Level Measurement, improvement of processes - Financial reporting and definition of margin improvement plans• Staffing - Gathering of needs and helping in recruitment - Help and coaching of Project Directors in screening processes - Follow-up of members satisfaction a turnover balance - Definition of mitigation of dismission risks - Organisation of team-building and action plan dedicated to maintain a good lmotivation of members insides teams
