About Fabrice Teston

I am a self-motivated and professional individual with strong experience in Catering and Food service at Leeds City College. My skills have developed within my roles and so I find it easy to communicate well with students and colleagues alike and also enjoy solving various business problems, in order to implement successful procedures to reduce costs, drive CPD and meet the business’s objectives.I am confident in planning, preparing and developing lesson plans and courses to deliver a high retention rate and a successful study programme for learners and apprentices within the department. My previous catering success started following being trained in Pastry in the Loire Valley in France and moved to the UK in 1997 where I have since worked in multiple restaurants with Michelin stars. I am also very proud to have participated in the Great British Bake Off in 2017.
