Rule are to Design 4 "mega" rack and one chemical area, included vessel, pumps, distillate system and drain.From PID and guide drawing, with a Team of 5 Designers (piping, electrical and structure) and using PDMS + Navisworks, I'm in charge to update the 3D model with the last Client requests and specifications. Actions taken from 30% review.Managing 60% 3D review with the Project Manager for the 2 modules supervised.

Involved on 2 FPSO. Follow up of 4 Subcontractors, based in Asia (2 for project OSX / 2 for project Marica-Saquarema). Supervision done from Monaco and 8 months based in India. Job included progress report, checking of isometrics and Layout drawing, P&ID and Mechanical equipment mark-up, provide answer to Yard query, organise and supervision of 12 piping Designers Subcontracted in India, assign task using the document control tools, ensure all quality, safety and specifications are understanding correctly and trained when required. Multidiscipline assistance by providing clash report with construction impact analyse (holds and design changes register).

Field multidiscipline Supervisor. General construction supervision in a goal to produce new glue in large quantity. Role was to find all Design data recorded in paper archive, make the details drawing in a new CAD format and write the tender documentation. In parallel, meet on site the EPC Company previously selected by the Plant Manager and compare the new offers. Fast project around 1 M€ where 6 Company was involved (civil, piping, painting, lifting by crane, inspection, fire & safety equipment – 2 months on tender phase, 11 months on construction phase). On daily base, write the permit of work for EPC, improve the details drawings, provide site query, take measurement for checking, follow-up the underground piping installation (cold bend, trench conformity, cable to avoid) ,control the timesheet, report the progress, accept or discuss the Subcontractors bills.

In charge to make Sketch and follow-up drawings for Tender regarding a project in Qatar. 12 vessels and 2 pumping stations. The role will involve to be responsible for all the CAD documentation (drawings, material take-off, sketch for welding book, supports location, ...).

Design for 2 Waste water treatment plants. The project is situated in Abu D’habi and is the bigger treatment plant in the world.
