I'm also an inspirational speaker who makes conference and speech about the impact of the new industrial revolution and its impacts on jobs and skills ("Future of...")As digital analyst, designer, and innovator, I studied and influenced the effects of emerging technology (AI, IOT, VR, Big Data) on business value and jobs. My workshop and books help executives, and also everyday people, better understand the relationship between the evolution of technology and its impact on people and also the role we should play in this (r)evolution. As a result of my work, i also help leading brands, companies, and startups develop new digital transformation, collaboration 2.0, business models and innovation strategies that enable businesses to adapt to new connected markets from the inside out.My last books (in 2014 and 2018) introduced the importance of Soft Skills as the new skills for the 21th century, bringing skills like Innovation, Communication, Entrepreneurship (…) together to re-imagine the future of work and performance for companies. My last book (2023) is about Legal Design for Lawyers !I work and train international companies and professionals (like lawers, auditors…) to help them to understand the new industrial revolution ; and change the mindset of their collaborators to be more agile, collaborative and entrepreneur with different efficient methodologies like Design Thinking, VPD, Business Model Canvas, etc.
