My thing is impact! But what does "impact" mean anyway?It's the umbrella term for everything companies can do to have a positive influence on society, on important collective issues such as violence, discrimination, racism, pollution, global warming and social exclusion. Companies can have an impact in many different ways: by offering products and services that provide solutions to these problems, by the inclusive forms of recruitment and management they can put in place, by the philanthropic use of the resources they generate, by the actions they put in place for the well-being of their employees, or for their local communities.And why is this question of impact of particular interest to me? because I believe that the role played by companies, and the economy in general, in the social and environmental problems we collectively face is enormous! and that, conversely, the role they can play in providing solutions is just as great! All it takes is a desire to make an impact, and an understanding of how to do so in a high-performance way.And what do I do for impact?I help companies, entrepreneurs and entrepreneur trainers maximize their impact. And I do this mainly through 4 channels that correspond to my areas of expertise:1) teaching => I teach entrepreneurship, strategic management, innovation management and business ethics at the Paris School of Business.2) research and popularization of scientific research => I do research on sustainable entrepreneurship, sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystems, inclusion through entrepreneurship, etc.3) entrepreneurship =>in 2017, I founded the company S-Team expérience, with which I create games to raise awareness of responsible management and the social and solidarity economy (SSE).4) sports => in 2013, I founded the association S-team Ta Ville, which uses sport to promote local social ties and inclusion.Interested in getting in contact to talk about impact?Don't hesitate to contact me!
