We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) that allow our clients create their own final products, but also complete solutions, like wireless net of sensor with supervisory systems and datalogger.

Product Development Engineer at DIESE (Electric-Electronic Systems Group):- Supplier Process Pilot - Hardware: leader in the certification of new suppliers of ECUs (Electronic Control Units) of the Renault/Nissan Alliance. It includes: technical audits in the suppliers’ production lines (mainly in Brazil, Argentine, Mexico and France), creation of action plans and frequent meeting to analyze the risks.- Local Technical Leader – Hardware: reference leader in Latin America in the development of new ECUs (Electronic Control Units). It includes: participation in hardware design review and definition of the validation plans.

- Analysis of EE problems in the cars in the plant and support to after sales;- Use of diagnostic tools and softwares to analyze the communication buses of the calculators and knowledge of the automotive protocols communication CAN and LIN;- Validation of the new electronic calculators of the cars and preparation of the plant equipments to assembly them.- Leader Technical of the “Project AGV”: development of an AGV (Auto-Guided Vehicle) in partnership with a university.

- Automation Teacher in a Technological School with focus in robot simulation (mainly in "RobotStudio" from ABB).- Analogical Electronic Teacher.

- Development of hardware and embedded software to 8/16/32bits microcontrollers (C and Assembly languages) from some manufacturers (Microchip, Freescale, Renesas, ST e Cypress). It includes different boards: power supply, control and driver boards and user interfaces, to some sites of the company (mainly Brazil, EUA and Italy).- Development of an “Automated Test System” (with Labview and Fieldpoint – National Instrument Hardware) to validate the routines of the control boards. It replaced the operators and reduced the validation time required to approve the control algorithms.- Participation in global groups (USA, Europe, India and China) focused in the development and use of unique software architecture. This architecture was created based on a layers model (Drivers, Controls and Application) and the group was responsible for create the drivers and the controls for the microcontrollers.- Intensive use of the Labview to create and “snipe” some communication protocols used by the company.- Documentation and software modeling in UML (Unified Modeling Language).
