Nowadays I am working on the application and development of products directed to crude oil and produced water treatment, focused on to find solutions with carbon footprint reduced. For the past ten years, I have been working on energy industry projects and technology development. Working as a researcher in a lab that executes projects mainly for the petroleum industry. I was involved in several multidisciplinary projects, for which I learned about tailor-made equipment and different characterization techniques of compounds and particles (FTIR, ICP-OES, PVT analysis, calorimetry, particle size characterization, CG-FID/BID/MS, and pressure reactor operation), as well different ways for sample preparation. My experience also includes work as a lab technician (2006–2010) in the food industry, where I developed my knowledge of wheat flour and soda.I collaborated with a private technology institute from Brazil (C3I Institute), and have worked with Intellectual Property management, where I became the owner of thirteen patents in different areas (including a US patent), which include: polyurethane cover, biocides compounds, IoT technologies, flow loops, residual water treatment. I co-founded three base-tech startups in different areas: (I) biotechnology, (II) flow assurance for petroleum industry and (III) electronic safety seal.
