This experience provided me with numerous challenges and learnings in a highly regulated, complex, and competitive environment, where we maintained high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Alongside an exceptional team of over 300 collaborators, we consistently maintained an 80% market share, a consistent and attractive ROE for shareholders, as well as launched various innovative products and services.My journey in companies like CITI and TELMEX was fundamental to my professional development. These opportunities provided me with a deep understanding of corporate culture in multinational companies, as well as an appreciation for the diverse perspectives and ways of working among colleagues from different nationalities.Passion, enthusiasm, teamwork, and results orientation have been and will be the guiding principles in every project or mission in my life.
