Producing high quality digital publications, digital virtual events and face to face networking events serving the public sector, rail sector and the health Sector. Working in the role for over 12 years I have helped manage new and existing client accounts connect with their audience generate over £2.4 Million revenue in media/event sales for the company. Skills used on a regular basis are as follows:* CRM Management/ Managing call diary* Organising Contra/Part Contra Deals with relevant events companies.* Independent lead sourcing and generation. * Account management/ prospecting calls throughout the day.* Forecasting sales projections & compiling business reviews to determine sales pipeline.* Face to face networking at relevant events within the rail industry.* Events management i.e. floor plan management.* Managing & negotiating sponsorship of events, sponsored speaker slots.

Creating content rich websites and media artwork for clients that had set up their own franchises. Creating online advertising artwork like leaderboard banners, MPU Banners amongst other online media.In addition to this also created new corporate identities for franchises.

Since joining FDS North in early 2006 I have established the software FranMatch, the consultancy’s franchisee recruitment programme for franchisors.Mainly my role involved handling enquiries for advertising and consultancy services, managing all advertising accounts along with management of our websites and digital publication design.

Duties inlcuded managing a team to make sure audits were met for the cleanliness of factory during inspection periods. Making sure the audit figures were met in the necessary time period.

Set with the task of reconfiguring computers for food and retail businesses. Managed electronic till systems and helped with error reports.
