• In January 2020 I have been promoted to Manager of VW group, a part of the OE Product Development in which it has been split into, after the growth of the Technical Center in recent years.• In 2019, on top of my role in OE Product Development, I have been appointed KDE (also known as automotive engineer / tech liaison) for Lamborghini.• In October 2017 I got out of my comfort zone: I changed Company, Country, kind of job and started my new adventure with Hankook tire as Assistant Manager in OE Product Development.I began as responsible of development sizes for BMW (F56, G26) but later I have been assigned to VW group's Customers (VW, Audi, VWN, Skoda). Since 2Q/2018 I am also in charge of managing the budget for all projects of entire OE Product development.• I have worked in Bridgestone TC EMEA for almost 6 years as Engineer of Tire Research Dept., in the "Advanced Technologies Group" where my job was to validate and implement all those technologies (compounds, fabrics, process) targeted to improve product's performances, durability or profitability. It is here, working in contact with all other functions (Development, Production, Product Planning, Quality, Testing, Materials, Finance), that I started to acquire my deep and 360 degree wide knowledge of tires.
