・ Supporting and participating in the recruitment process at intern, individual contributor, and manager level ・Effectively administering HR procedures to oversee the full employee lifecycle, supporting managers with matters such as contract preparation, compensation & benefits, absence management, appraisal scheduling, and any arising ER issues, providing rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs・Collaborating with the HR director to deliver cohesive programs on topics such as talent and succession, employee wellbeing, change management, and communication with Altran and Capgemini groups.

- Managing all the Italian training activities, coordinating with EMEA for the international programs - Conducting job interviews for internal or external recruiting , running new hire inductions- Ensuring implementation of the yearly plan of Performance Management: monitoring and supporting management of Appraisal systems, career pathing and succession planning - Analysis of the Employee Satisfaction Survey and planning activities aimed to reduce work linked stress

-Overseeing the recruitment process and conduct fact-to-face interviewing, maintain and continually improve the electronic CV filing system, prepare offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters. -Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures- Identifying workforce needs, delivering recruitment and talent acquisition, evaluation of training to measure learning outcomes
