Main Tasks:• Credit Portfolio Analysis and Valuation: Analysis and valuation of single credit position (both companies and individuals) analysing Balance Sheets, position’s global risk and repayment capacity. Then, confirmation of the actual classification or advice a new classification as Bonis or NPL. Projects: acquisition of VB and BPVI by Fondo Atlante; acquisition of Carice, Carim and Cari San Miniato by Credit Agricole; acquisition of BPVI and VB by Intesa Sanpaolo; Internal Audit of BCC Battipaglia.• Process Analysis and Implementation: Intesa Sanpaolo – Banca IMI: mapping the process to draft the Balance Sheet aimed to identify critical points to reduce the drafting time. Time saving: 3 working days. BPVI: Creation of new process to manage applications for reimbursement and to mitigate the litigation risk. BCC Battipaglia: Mapping and audit of the credit process.• Data Analysis: Intesa Sanpaolo – Banca IMI: every six months, support to drafting of Balance Sheets analysing big data to extract the required information. Creation of format required by Bankitalia to analyse the bonds owned by Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

Intern.Main Tasks:• Research and Data Analysis, utilizing AIDA database to research needed information such as Balance Sheets or company’s shareholders.• Market Analysis, to analyse the company presence in the markets and the position, the price range of the products, the direct competitors, the specific know-how and the opportunity to improve the sales.• Production of Presentation for Clients: pitch book with the collected information to present the target companies to prospective investors.• Production of Articles for Company Newsletters: articles about the business opportunities in China, important economic events such as the chance to a merge of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong stock Exchange or a politics news.
