CurrentManaged complex, global programs, including customer transformation, introduction of ITIL into BT operations centers, service delivery automation, and product initiatives.Responsibilities:• Personally responsible for the initiation and start-up of all projects (program) and senior project manager for the complete execution of the major projects .• Functional supervision of project managers, architects, information managers, process engineers, IT development team, network engineers & operators, marketing- en communications specialists and external partners.- Coordinates staff, including system integrators, hardware/software vendors, internal technicians and testers• Investigates and evaluates proposed technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external specialists.• -Ensures proper knowledge transfer from external vendors/system integrators to internal teams. Ensures skills required are in place• Leads the post-implementation review evaluating project results, including client satisfaction.• Ensures ongoing customer satisfaction related to the quality of services provided• Instigates service improvement initiatives
