Responsible for the exploitation of the Launch Services Agreement that has in charge.Single Point of Contact between Launch Service Provider and the Customer, in order to assure the correct management of the mission up to the Launch.Involved in the preparation of the commercial offers and in the negotiation phase before the signature of the contract, as well as in the follow on of all the activities needed to the accomplishment of the contract (both customer-spacecraft and launcher-provider side).Reporting directly to the Business Unit director, assuring the control in terms of cost-delay and quality for the projects undertaken.

Quality Responsible for the procurement process of the launchers Ariane, Soyuz and Vega in the frame of mechanich and propulsive domain. Main tasks:-to assure interface for quality issues with the Quality responsibles of the Prime contractor, and with the responsabilities of CNES conformity controls;-in the frame of continuous improvement program, to make the management processes relevant to Quality Dept. more effective and efficient;-to participate as facilitator and mentor in projects aimed to improve the launchers procurement activities (audit included);-in the frame of Launch Campaign to play the role of RQLP (Responsable Qualité Lanceur en Production). It means, to guarantee with the cooperation of the "Chef de la Qualité de la Campagne de Lancement" the conformity of the launcher, the "partie haute", mission analysis and flight program of the launcher.

Quality Engineer and Product Quality Assurance:Responsible of a team involved in the VEGA launcher quality assurance. My responsibilities are:•Implementing, co-odination and controlling effective Reliability, Availability, Mantainability, Safety;•In the frame of PA/S (Product Assurance and Safety) activities:-Coordinate tasks between the Customer and the Suppliers;-Coordinate, planning and controlling the in house activities;-Contribution to Design and Qualification Review;•Partecipate in Review Board to start the production, test activities or delivery to the customers;•Menage the Non-conformances;•Contribute to the overall risk menagement activities.Quality auditor for both internal (system, process and product) and external (supplier) side.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt: certified for the Six Sigma method for various AVIO’s departments (Production, Quality, Engineering). In the frame of continuous improving program, this figure has the ownership of the Six- sigma method and from practical point of view (application of statistical and other methods to measure, analyse and control the processes of interest) and from theoretical point of view (courses and training colleagues as “green belts”). In particular:Contribute to definition and planning of Continuous Process Improvement programs- Consult and participate in selected Sigma improvement projects or initiatives as needed by the Company. Help belts and sponsors to identify projects and provide expert advice on the implementation of Six Sigma, project planning and change management- Lead cross functional teams on Lean Six Sigma projects aimed to evaluate and optimize processes: quality improvement, lead time, costs and waste reduction- Train, coach and mentor Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma projects, tools and methodologies- For belts and projects coached, measure the rate of project results/successes and identify corrective actions as needed- Participate in DMAIC/DMAV project toll gate reviews for belts coached and for other selected projects- Responsible for tracking data both before and after an implementation and reporting to the company executives the successes and failures of the projects- Support and motivate Belts to achieve Green certification- Share Best Practices from projects across divisions.

Responsible of the internal thermal protection for P80, Z23 and Z9 solid rocket motor of the new European launcher VEGA. By means numerical approach (FLUENT program and other thermo-fluid dynamics software) the fluid dynamic inside the motor chamber was studied in order to get total heat fluxes necessary to design the thickness of thermal protection.
