January 2014 – present: Tibco Spotfire solution architect; in these role I’m committed to integrate spotfire in the enterprise landscape to collect and analyze big amount of order data.October 2011 – present: Responsible for the Technical Design for ALL-IP and ONECRM project in Swisscom.These projects were intended to provide an integration platform to integrate all the systems involved in the Swisscom service delivery chain.

Responsible of a 7 people delivery Team including 5 people based on site and 2 people remote based (India). The project was intended to provide an Order Management application for TelecomItalia.Responsible of the Technical Architecture definition and of the communication with functional client team for collecting and defining new application requirements and for agreements about deadlines and milestones. Technical and functional analysis for design of Order Management applications and BPM processes provided for WIND with the project “Unified CRM - PHOENIX”. The project was intended to deliver WIND telecommunication services to the market consumer and small business.Team Leader of a 8 people delivery group including 5 people based on site and 3 remote based (India).Responsible for the communication with development Indian team management for technical issues.
