I have been working in the agricultural sector for a long time.In about thirty years of experience, I have had the opportunity to explore many issues in this sector, specializing in particular in the seed sector.One aspect of my work that surprises and excites me every day is certainly the contact with people and with my team.I focus every day on finding and enhancing people's potential, especially when I'm dealing with young resources.I am lucky to work in a company that shares my values and that works every day to achieve a more sustainable future that is attentive to the health of the environment and people, based on a simple and direct vision: “Health for All.
