Fabrizio Sammarco is founder and CEO of Italiacamp, an impact organization combining profit and non-profit to promote social impact projects and develop impact evaluation together with private and public partners.Italiacamp’s share capital includes Poste Italiane, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Invitalia, Rcs Mediagroup, Unipol Gruppo, TIM and, as majority shareholder, the Associazione Italiacamp. Fabrizio has been responsible for activities in the Human Resources, Organization and Industrial Relations field in Poste Italiane since 2005. He became manager in 2020. Since 2021 he has been Adjunct Professor at Luiss University where he currently holds the Investing for Good Lab.He is Corporate Coordinator of the Governance Innovations Impact Management Observatory (GIIM), member of the Centre for Research in Leadership, Innovation, and Organization (CLIO) and member of the International Research Center for Social Innovation (CERIIS) at Luiss Business School.Fabrizio graduated in Political Science from Luiss University and he holds an International Phd in Industrial Relations Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He was also teaching fellow in Business organization at Sapienza University of Rome. He has carried out research activities in Washington D.C. at the International Public Management Association for Human Resources while attending the international course in Management and Business in Washington D.C. at AMERIGO (American Managerial Experience and Research in Global Organization).He attended an executive course in Business and Communication at Harvard University and studied German managerial culture at the Ruprecht-Karls Universität of Heidelberg.He took part in the Voluntary Visitor Program (VolVis) of the US Embassy in Rome and of the US Department of State.He is a member of the Former Aspen Junior Fellow group.
