Objectives:- Contribute to screening projects; define, execute and coordinate experimental processes and data analysis- Optimize and miniaturize screening tests in a BSL-3 (Biosafety level 3) laboratory- Plan and carry out screening campaigns- Analyze experimental results in their biological context in collaboration with the bioinformatics and bio-statistics teams- Contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies and strategies for high-throughput screening- Monitor the scientific and technical development in the field of activity- Prepare study reports and communicate scientific results to clients- Ensure the quality and reliability of scientific results- Ensure good laboratory practices and health and safety instructions

Responsibility for an R&D scientific project:- Establishment of in vitro predictive models of human tuberculosis- Implementation of techniques for the absolute quantification of the pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis in in vivo and in vitro tests- Transversal work with the different platforms and the tuberculosis team- Bibliographic studiesSkills implemented: microbiology (BSL-3: biosafety level 3 lab), molecular biology, cell culture, transversal project management, oral presentations of the project.Responsibility for a Quality Assurance project:- Implementation of a quality assurance approach regarding the training procedure to access and work in a BSL-3 lab.
