Supervisione delle attività contabili relative ad Unicef Italia e predisposizione del bilancio in accordo con la normativa civilistica vigente; - cura dei rapporti con i revisori esterni, collegio sindacale e consulenti esterni; - pianificazione e gestione della strategia finanziaria di Unicef Italia; - coordinamento delle attività di tesoreria e di gestione del credito- cura delle relazioni con gli istituti di credito; - redazione del budget finanziario annuale e delle successive revisioni;- supporto controllo contabilità analitica;- supervisione delle attività fiscali e legali.Rispondendo direttamente al Direttore Generale gestisce 17 risorse- Supervising accountancy and financial statement activities;- Managing cash flows via constant relations with Banks and Financial Counterparts - Relations with the internal/external auditors and consultants (legal and tax);- Relations with Unicef Geneva;- Planning and management of the financial strategy;- Treasury and credit management;- Relationships with banks and stakeholder;- Annual financial budget and revisions;- Supervising cost accounting and control;- Managing Cash Pooling for Unicef subcommittees;- Managing a team of 17. - supervisione delle attività amministrative e predisposizione del bilancio in accordo con la normativa civilistica vigente;- cura dei rapporti con i revisori esterni, collegio sindacale, consulenti fiscali e legali; - coordinamento delle attività finanziarie assicurando la corretta gestione dei flussi;- cura dei rapporti con gli istituti di credito e negoziazione delle condizioni;- implementazione di un sistema di pianificazione finanziaria volta alla corretta gestione e supervisione delle attività contabili relative all’azienda capogruppo; - gestione del rischio di controparte (credito) vs clienti commerciali e alle altre Società del gruppo e predisposizione del bilancio in accordo con la normativa civilistica vigente;- partecipazione con la proprietà alla definizione della strategia finanziaria di gruppo;- valutazione delle fonti esterne di finanziamento a breve e medio termine; - redazione del budget economico annuale e delle successive revisioni;- controllo e pianificazione della gestione mediante costante attività di reportistica;- supervisione delle attività fiscali e legali.Rispondendo direttamente all’Amministratore Unico gestisce 10 risorse- Supervising accountancy and financial statement activities;- Managing cash flows and debt via constant relations with Banks and Financial Counterparts;- Raising finance in support of M&A operations; - Relations with the internal/external auditors and consultants (legal and tax);- Planning and management of the financial strategy;- Treasury and credit management;- Relations with banks;- Annual financial budget and revisions;- Supervising cost accounting and control;- Managing Cash Pooling for sub committees;- Managing a team of 10. - gestione rischio cambio, tassi e commodities;- pianificazione finanziaria e budgeting;- analisi finanziaria su progetti di finanziamento/investimento;- forecasting e trading su valute/equity/derivati oil;- gestione e valutazione portafoglio derivati in tassi, valute e commodities IAS 32/39;- gestione crediti vs clienti area extrarete;- gestione crediti documentari e garanzie bancarie in genere;- cash management, rapporti banche, pianificazione e reporting.- Managing Group cash flows and debt via constant relations with Banks and Financial Counterparts;- Monitoring & covering currency, commodity and interest rate risk;- Supervising the preparation of monthly financial reporting, budget review and financial planning;- Raising finance in support of M&A operations;- Financial analysis of projects for funding and investment;- Forecasting and trading currency/equity/oil derivatives;- IAS 32/39 evaluation;- Letters of credit (domestic and foreign) and bank guarantees;- Financial analysis and risk management for “api energia” and “biomasse” project finance; - Managing a team of 5.
