Within the PhD program, in collaboration with the Urban Planning Team of UniGe (https://dicca.unige.it/tecnica-pianificazione-urbanistica - CEAR-12/A), various lines of research with multi-scalar impact are explored in depth:▪ Innovative models of inclusive and collaborative governance in public agenda setting;▪ Planning resilient, smart and green cities;▪ Urban regeneration with a view to just transition;▪ Sustainable and outdoor tourism;▪ The valorization of the entrepreneurial fabric (green and blue sectors); etc.

The following are some of the activities implemented within the framework of the research project entitled "Support for companies under the T3 component of MARITTIMOTECH+_Cross-border Accelerator of Startups+ [https://interreg-maritime.eu/web/marittimotech-1]" (non-exhaustive list):▪ Guiding companies in receiving one-on-one coaching from external consultants: scheduling appointments, preparing illustrative and in-depth materials, monitoring, etc.▪ Facilitation of partnership meetings

Taking part in the research project "Supporting the implementation of MARITTIMOTECH+_Cross-border startup accelerator+," under which to jointly design and implement all activities offered by MARITTIMOTECH+ [https://interreg-maritime.eu/web/marittimotech-1] to its beneficiaries: collective cross-border training, individual coaching, international networking, etc. The role also involves facilitating partnership meetings

Participation in the research project "Development/validation of psychometric tests of personality and individual differences," (PSIC-01/C) during which:▪ Translate international psychometric scales (e.g., Health Selfishness, Pathological Altruism) into Italian version▪ Administer to the target population

▪ Conducting remote interviews (video phone calls) with candidates

▪ CV screening▪ Semi-structured telephone interviews.▪ Remote interviews (videocalls) with candidates.

Within the scope of consulting ["Supporting and organizing the internship as part of the Course in Specialist of safe reception in boating and sustainable tourism_MARITTIMOMOB" https://interreg-maritime.eu/web/marittimo-mob], some of the most significant activities are as follows:▪ Engage companies operating in the blue/green economy - located in the IT-FR MARITIME 2014-2020 cooperation area [https://interreg-maritime.eu/programma/area] - as internship sites▪ Collaborate in the co-construction of customized internship projects▪ Assist students in planning (transportation, accommodation) for cross-border internships▪ Co-operate with MARITTIMOMOB staff and the Liguria Region to ensure certification of skills (IVC process: https://certificazionecompetenze.alfaliguria.it/) for course beneficiaries

▪ Selection/recruitment - in cooperation with the respective committee - of the beneficiaries of the Course in "Specialist of safe reception in boating and sustainable tourism" as part of the MARITTIMOMOB project (Interreg IT-FR MARITIME): https://interreg-maritime.eu/web/marittimo-mob▪ Involvement in administrative tasks related to the (former) Business and Territorial Relations Service of UniGe
