I have developed a deep knowledge of all aspects of the Italian and European telecom regulatory framework from the policy aspects to the actual implementation of the rules.While my background and first professional experience in the telecommunications sector was quite technical (network planning and interconnection), I have worked mainly in the regulatory and institutional field; my technical background, yet, allows me to be fully aware of the operational and technical impacts of regulation and how to apply it correctly.I lived the key phases of the Italian TLC liberalization process; my experience covers the responsibility for the relations with national Authorities, the EU Commission, Confindustria (Confederation of Italian trade associations).A strong relational component characterised my professional path, while my skills include technical, marketing and management competences.
