My career started from content writing and management and landed in the consultancy business. My job is to improve communication, engagement and training processes using a design thinking strategy . A field in which I put to use an approach based on observing different points of view and using language appropriate to the audience. As a former competitive sportsman, I also learned to bring to my daily work a certain sense of challenge and passion for achieving results.Every day I test my skills designing multi-channel communication opportunities, tools and content to meet the needs of every stakeholder involved in the project. My tools of the trade? A base of empathy, elements of lateral thinking, as much creativity as necessary, and a lot of curiosity: As real innovation comes from small things, why don't approach it with special lenses? I like to start from data analysis to creatively narrate developments and tell the impact of my work, because even the best of projects needs to be told in the best way.
