As Account Receivable Analyst, my most important tasks are: - Cash Collection activity through the management of a customer portfolio of 150 companies. - Investigation regarding lost, unidentified and/or rejected payments. - Handling of account's reconciliation. - Daily preparation of reports and statement of account. - Daily contact with customers via phone and/or email. - Overview on the accounts with focus on most critic clients. -Improvement of OTC process.

As Advertising Sales Representative, my role consists mainly of:- contact new and existing customers identifying sales opportunities;- acquire new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space;- consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;- qualifying business to be handed over to a team of skilled account managers with the goal to increase the customer’s revenue;- use a variety of tools including MS Excel, Salesforce and others to research, communicate and sell to the customer.

In Westhouse Managed Services I play both a commercial and internal coordination role.The main activities carried out can be summarized as follows:• Acquisition of Italian and international customers through cold call, F2F and participation in ad hoc events.• Management of existing customer portfolio.• Taking charge of customer IT research in Contracting area.• Management of consultant and client side contracts.• Management of administrative documentation related to projects such as inserting monthly timesheets, verification of milestones etc ..• Coordination activities of internal consultants engaged in customer projects.• Drafting of growth plans and career paths for internal consultants.• Planning of the activities of internal consultants and management of their allocation to customers managed by me.• Planning and coordination of the recruiting and commercial development activities of Account Managers and Recruiting Managers working in my Team.

Thanks to my international experiences I have developed the skills that are necessary for this job. I take care about the West Europe region as Head of Recruting Team and Account Manager: as Head of recruiting team I coordinate the activities of the Resource Manager in according with the deadline of their Account Manager. I stay in touch with the consultants, give them feedback regarding their candidature, find the consultants who could be suitable for a project; as Account Manager I follow the clients activities, set up with them the interviews with the consultants, generate new requirements.
