Assigned with the responsibility for the ACC (Interlocking) Generic Product SW Team, ensuring:- the development, proper coaching and support to all the managed resources;- the definition (functional and non-functional requirements) and Maintenance of SW Generic Product architecture and related SW implementation;- the compliance with methodological process for critical software;- the implementation and reporting of proper techniques and measures to verify progress, efficiency and quality of assigned activities.

Responsible to define, guide and monitor the software systems implementation of Safe Communication Protocol Stacks, in conformance to CENELEC 50159 normative (Railway applications - Communication, signalling and processing systems - Safety-related communication in transmission systems). Partecipation in different international Working Groups in the context of ERTMS projects.

Ansaldo STS representative inside UNISIG Subset-098 (RBC-RBC Safe Communication Interface) and UNISIG Subset-037 EURORADIO Working Groups.UNISIG (Union of Signalling Industry, including Alstom, Ansaldo, Bombardier, Invensys, Siemens and Thales) is an industrial consortium which was created to developthe ERTMS technical specifications (The ERTMS, European Rail Traffic Management System, is an initiative backed by the European Union to enhance cross-border interoperability and the procurement of signalling equipment by creating a single Europe-wide standard for train control and command systems).
