Management over Maintenance and Process Team.

- Head of innovation, digitalization and industry 4.0- Research and implementation of new technologies applied to the production process;- Strategic plan development.- Analysis of technical feasibility of new trends and business opportunities.- Monitor technological trends and proactively propose the development of new systems.- Data manipulation and analysis that can be translated into insights and concrete actions to drive innovation and continuous improvement of projects, best practices and process improvements.

- Management of the Maintenance area for Cosmopolis site. - Definition of maintenance techniques that are used keeping the focus on organizational strategy; - Management of the site's maintenance budget. - Investment management (CAPEX) of the site aiming at the continuous improvement of machines, facilities and utilities; - Guidance of the technical team regarding procedures and/or work instructions to ensure Safety, Quality and good results of the work performance; - Management of manpower and material resources in order to reduce downtime and continuous improvement of equipment availability;

- Maintenance area manager for the Cosmopolis Site´s production and utility equipment.- Definition of the maintenance techniques, keeping the focus on the organizational strategy;- Management of the site maintenance budget.- Management of the site investments (CAPEX) with a view to continuous improvement of machines, installations and utilities;- Guiding the technical team on procedures and/or work instructions in order to guarantee safety, quality and good results in the work carried out;- Management of labor and material resources to reduce machine downtime and continuously improve equipment availability;

- Plan, coordinate and implement preventive stops and stops required for the application of maintenance engineering techniques to maintain Non-Woven equipment working;- Provide and manage resources for the execution of maintenance such as: updated documentation, individual and collective tools, training, safety items, etc.- Direct the resources of manpower and materials in order to reduce downtime, through techniques of Maintenance Engineering;- Provide technical support to technicians and contractors;- Apply problem solving techniques (PDCA, Cause and Effect Diagram, 5W2H, Pareto, etc.);- Develop, Implement and Manage lubrication plans, preventive and predictive plans, work improvement, application of new techniques and maintenance projects;

- Analyze maintenance data, identify root causes, establish a diagnosis and propose solutions;- Prepare and / or review documents to establish new working methods aiming at improvements in equipment reliability;- Coordinate the implementation of solutions, methodologies and projects;- Search in the local and foreign market the best options of suppliers for spare parts, equipment, materials and services;- Review and develop proposals for improvement of maintenance practices;- Participate in new projects, technical specifications, in discussions of layout, definitions of spare parts and maintenance plans.

- Planning of preventive maintenance on manufacturing and packing machines for cigarettes;- Elaboration of the annual budget;- Elaboration of CAPEX;- Training of new employees;- Development of trainees;- Failure Analysis and elaboration of PDCA plans;- Conducting internal audits to check the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001);- Participation in the implementation, in conjunction with the Federal Revenue and the Mint of Brazil in the Scorpios Project (Tracking and Control System of Cigarettes Production), where we developed procedures for cleaning and equipment maintenance in accordance with the system requirements.

- Corrective and preventive maintenance of cigarette manufacturing and packaging machines;- Siemens S7-200, S7-300 and S7-400 PLC programming;- Programming, parameterization and sizing of Siemens Micromaster Inverters;- Knowledge of Siemens HMI programming;- Implementation of new technologies and equipment;- Development and renovation of machines and equipment;- Servo drive parameterization and maintenance of servomotors (AMK and Simodrive);- Practical knowledge of Profibus, Interbus and Ethernet communication networks.
