As part of the Empowering Temporary Foreign Workers project, I developed and facilitated engaging webinars addressing the emerging issues and needs of migrant workers in Canada. I co-operated with partner organizations on the development of resource cards to expand temporary foreign workers’ access to resources. I worked independently to gain an understanding of community assets and gaps in service for migrant workers and I utilized anti-oppressive practices to ensure that programming and resources were centring the experiences of migrant workers.
